Put coconut water in a casserole, add pork, onions, tomatoes, tamarind extract and fish sauce. Boil until meat is tender. Add the gabi. Simmer for 3 minutes. Add the horse radish, green hot pepper and string beans. Simmer again for 2 minutes. Put the kangkong & coconut meat. Simmer for 1 more minute. Season to taste. Serve hot with rice.
