Ingredients:
2pcs. medium-sized patola (gourd), peeled & sliced into 3" x 1/2"
1 bundle courgettes, cleaned
1 cup string beans tops
5 pcs bataw (lima beans), halved & cut into 3" long
1 medium-sized onion, sliced
2 medium-sized tomatoes, sliced
3 tbsp fish sauce (Bagoong)
1 pc, fried/ broiled fish or 1 cup dried shrimps
2 cups water
Procedure:
Put water, onions, tomatoes and fish sauce in a casserole. Let it boil. Add lima beans, patola & fish or dried shrimps. Simmer for 3 minutes. Add Courgettes & string beans tops, Simmer for a minute. Adjust taste if desired. Serve hot with steamed rice.
